Terms and Conditions – 96th Juror Exhibition

San Antonio Art League + Museum

ELIGIBILITY

All SAAL+M members and nonmembers with established current residency in the State of Texas including armed forces personnel stationed in Texas and their dependents.

Non-resident SAAL+M members who have been members for three consecutive years or more.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Each entry may submit up to 3 artworks for consideration.
  • All works must be original and created by the submitting artist.
  • Submitted work must be suitable for a general audience.

PRESENTATION

  • All 2D work must be gallery-ready with appropriate hanging hardware.
  • 3D works must be stable and able to be displayed securely.
  • SAALM reserves the right to refuse any work that is not properly prepared or that differs significantly from the submitted image.

SALES

  • All work must be for sale.
  • SAALM retains a [40%] commission on all sales.
  • Artists will receive payment for sold works within 30 days of the close of the exhibition.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

  • Accepted Artwork to arrive at SAAL+M no later than February 25, 2026.
  • Artwork, along with any necessary hardware for installation, must be shipped via UPS with pre-paid return label included to: 

LIABILITY

SAALM will take reasonable care in handling artwork but is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss. Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

PROMOTION

By entering this exhibition, the artist grants SAAL+M the right to use submitted images for promotional purposes related to the show, including online and print materials.

AGREEMENT

Submission of work to this exhibition constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.
